This Ministry Team is responsible for the use of all church buildings by outsiders through enforcing the Grace Presbyterian Church Building Policy, the selection and supervision of contracted custodial workers and contracts involving termite and pest control in cooperation with the Ministry Team for Administration and Finance. This Team is also responsible for the maintenance, repair and improvement of the buildings to include plumbing, electrical, painting, heating/AC, the maintenance, repair and improvement of the enclosed playground, the landscaping and lawn care (mowing, edging, fertilizing, weed control), and the supplying of paper goods and pantry supplies as needed. Divisions may include, but are not limited to, Maintenance, Grounds, Kitchen, and Church Use.
