This Team is responsible for the representation of Grace Presbyterian Church to the general public and for enhancing communication within the congregation. Specific items of responsibility include, but are not limited to, publishing the monthly newsletter (Grace Notes), managing the e-mail distribution list (Grace List), obtaining and maintaining temporary outside banners and signs, printing and maintaining inventory of church brochures, maintaining and updating the church website, all advertising (newspapers, yellow pages, school programs, denominational publications, and all other media), printing postcards for special services, providing interior bulletin boards for Teams to use, and organizing community evangelical activities, i.e. the Madison Street Festival. This Team shall develop a consistent and appropriate communication program in support of church growth, membership recruitment, and evangelism.
