This Ministry Team is responsible for maintaining job descriptions and personnel records for personnel other than the Pastor; annual staff evaluations; implementing and promoting good office procedures; overseeing all tax and insurance matters; reviewing all contracts and legal agreements and submitting them to the Session and Trustees of the Corporation with appropriate recommendations regarding execution. The Team is responsible for maintaining and updating, coordinating as necessary with the Session and other appropriate Ministry Teams, the administrative policies of Grace. The Team is responsible for maintaining data records (ex. the attendance data) to support quality long-term and short-term planning by the Session to meet the needs of Grace. This Ministry Team is responsible for implementation and administration of the Grace budget. This Team will work with all other Teams to assure that the business affairs of the church operate in a sound manner. This Team shall formulate the annual budget, consulting with all other Ministry Teams regarding their budgetary needs, and recommend a budget to the Session for action. This Team will arrange for the counting and deposit of offerings, fiscal management and funds accounting, and making monthly financial reports to the Session. Divisions may include, but are not limited to, Personnel, Financial Management, and Budget Development.
